CCP, you laught no ???
Tracking is the NEEDED change on the nerfl (2-3 years ago) on pulse !!! But we need another change !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can't fitt BEAM TURRET !!! => Need change Capacitor isn't enough !!! => Need change BS bonus balance !!! => Need change Damage output are really BAD !!! => Need change (PvP may be OK with these change but the NPC ??? The NPC which tank amarr ships ??? It's great if I can reuse my SP and my ships... Actually, I don't fly amarr ship oh yes : industrial ship and interceptor but only for travel)
CCP PLEASE !!! TAKE THE TIME TO TEST ALL SHIPS AMARR ONE BY ONE !!! Kill ALL TYPE OF NPC (Gursistas, Angel, ...) for watch if the balance is really good between the race ! PvP in one VS one with all ships another same sized ship. Maller VS Thorax VS Caracal VS Rupture (PvP) after freg, bs, hac, bct1/t2 ...
Try to make good amarr ship in PvP not the looser. You can too remove the last patch and modifiy bonus on our two BS ! It's ridiculous than our BS tier2 make less damage than the tier1 !!! And it's the reason on the nerfl ! One ship have a problem (cheaper than other for damage output, you solution : you change all turret but not mega pulse only ALL PULSE !!!)

I have check something ... The EANM nerfl ... For my it's not a nerfl but a BOOOST !!!!
When you fitt a BS, BC or ship bigger than a freg. You fitt EANM & active hardener !
hardener active TQ : 44 CPU each EANM TQ : 30 CPU Hardener active SiSi : 36 CPU each EANM SiSi : 36 CPU
Example one :
If you fitt 2 hardener active and 1 EANM on TQ : 2*44+1*30 = 118 CPU ! If you fitt 2 hardener active and 1 EANM on Sisi : 2*36+1*36 = 108 CPU !!! The nerfl is simple : You win 10 cpu for the same tank :P
Example two :
If you fitt 1 hardener active and 1 EANM on TQ : 1*44+1*30 = 74 CPU ! If you fitt 1 hardener active and 1 EANM on Sisi : 1*36+1*36 = 72 CPU !!! Again, you win 2 CPU ... It's a very good nerfl :P
CCP with this "nerfl", player win CPU on resist with the SAME fitting !!!

Sorry but I wait since 3 years !!! I can't play with amarr ship. It's really not usable. I have up caldari skill for less sp make more dmg and have a better tank !
NPC tank your ship or you take too much time ... For example : harbinger with heavy pulse t2 - multifreq with heat sink take 8min34sec for kill a BS angel ! 8 MIN !!! Per ship !!! You imagine ? I have 10m sp in gunnery only laser and I take 8 MIN for kill 1 SHIP ! You found that usable ? I say : NO !

For you CCP amarr boost is a correct of the 3year ago patch ? (the 25% of tracking !) and the very very very little change on the medium beam ??? And the ALL other BEAM ? And the damage against NPC ? And the "true" nerfl on EANM ? (You have patch a boost there !!!) And the cap issue ? And the change of all cruisers/BS amarr ? (It's not me, you have write that on a februry dev blog !!!)
You want to wait again 4-5 years for make something or you take seriously the time for correct these issue for the NEXT patch ?

No arnold !!! It's not a nerfl but a boost !!! You fitt almost always hardener + EANM (Hardener have -8 cpu and EANM +6) Each Hardener put with EANM, you win 2 cpu and 8 cpu each !!!
2 hardener & 1 eanm = -8-8+6 = -10 cpu take !!!
